Eddie's Pizza, a favorite of residents of New Hyde Park, Long Island for years, received many requests to open in Manhattan and finally decided to act upon them. They decided the best way to reach as many people as possible was by being mobile. Eddie's set out to design a mobile food truck that could re-create the Bar Pie on-the-go. The Eddie's Pizza Truck uses the same bar pie recipe and cooking methods as the restaurant and offers regular and whole wheat bar pies that are thin crust, customized, and made to order.

Takumi Taco is our most unique concept in the fleet. We took the traditional Mexican style taco and gave it a fully Japanese twist, with truly inspired options like Spicy Tuna, Sapporo Braised Shortrib, and Tofu Tinga. This is a fantastic option for making a real statement at your next event and taking your guests on a very different culinary adventure.
