We have several different options to fit every size event, indoors and out. OUR CATERING OPTIONS
TRUCK
Our trucks come in two sizes and are completely self sufficient. All cooking and prep can be done within the truck which can park on the street or in a driveway. Garbage cans to be provided by the client or venue should they be needed. This option is available for all concepts.
Truck One - 23 feet long /8.5 feet wide / 11.5 feet tall (Eddie’s Pizza Only)
Truck Two - 20 feet long / 8.5 feet wide / 9 feet 10 inches tall
CART
Our cart has the same capabilities as the truck, just in a smaller size! The cart can be parked in driveways or the street. In some cases, we are able to park on a sidewalk. It is completely self sufficient, but will require enough space for a truck or car to put it in place before operation. Garbage cans, should they be needed, are to be supplied by the client or venue. This option is available for all concepts.
Our Cart is 9 feet long / 6.5 feet wide / 9.5 feet tall
TENT
The tent set up is ideal for outdoor events, but should you have a venue that can accommodate it, can work for indoor events as well. Two electrical outlets and garbage cans are required for this set up (to be supplied by the client or venue), but all service and prep can be done from the tent itself. This option is available for all concepts EXCEPT Eddie’s Pizza.
Our Tent is 10 long / 10 feet wide
TABLEs
The table set up is the most versatile option available, and can work either indoors or out (weather depending). Two electrical outlets and garbage cans are required for the set up (to be supplied by the client or venue), but all service and prep can be done from the tables themselves. This option is available for all concepts EXCEPT Eddie’s Pizza.
